Where we deliver
We deliver to selected UK mainland postcodes. Some mainland areas and island destinations are excluded. Enter your postcode at checkout to check availability. Paid and free delivery have the same coverage.

Delivery is unavailable to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish islands and certain other mainland and island destinations.
Excluded postcode areas: BT, GY, JE, IM, HS, ZE, IV, KW and BF.
Excluded postcode districts: AB30–38, AB41–56, FK17–21, KA27–28, LL58–78, PA20–80, PH15–50, PO30–41 and TR21–25. Each range includes both endpoints. Other unsupported postcode areas are also unavailable.
When your order will arrive
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from placing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any different product-specific estimate will be shown before purchase.
Orders may arrive in separate parcels, including parcels sent directly by our fulfilment partners. VELUGI remains your point of contact.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is £4.99 per order, with free delivery on orders over £75. See our Terms & Conditions for how discounts and the free-delivery threshold are calculated. Your delivery charge is shown before payment.
If something is delayed or missing
Email support@velugi.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner and explain the next steps. You do not need to resolve a delivery problem directly with our supplier.
Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or a person you nominate, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Your statutory rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.
