Who we are

VELUGI is operated by VELUGI LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17483061. Our registered office is 34 White Woman Lane, Norwich, NR6 7JB, United Kingdom. These terms apply to consumer purchases from velugi.com.

Placing an order

Choose your items, add them to your basket and review the products, delivery address and total before submitting your order and payment. You can correct your details at checkout. Our ordering process and contract are in English.

We send your order details by email. Please contact us promptly if they are incorrect. If a product is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will explain and refund payment for anything we cannot supply, together with any delivery charge no longer due. We will not substitute an item or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Products, prices and payment

Read the product description for dimensions, age guidance and included items. Lifestyle props are not included unless stated. Product descriptions and your statutory rights remain binding.

Prices are in pounds sterling. VELUGI LTD is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery and free-delivery qualification

Standard delivery costs £4.99 per order to eligible postcodes. Free standard delivery applies when the merchandise subtotal is more than £75 after discounts and before delivery charges. A subtotal of exactly £75 attracts the £4.99 charge; free delivery starts at £75.01. The same postcode exclusions apply to paid and free delivery.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from placing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our Delivery Information page explains coverage and delivery arrangements.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. It explains cancellation rights, return costs, refunds and what to do about faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. An optional cancellation form is available.

Complaints and your rights

Email support@velugi.com with your order details and the problem. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. You do not need to pursue our supplier to exercise your rights against VELUGI.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or restricts statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory protections or access to local courts available to consumers elsewhere in the UK. Later policy changes do not retrospectively replace the terms of an existing order.
